Are you aged 13-25? Would you like to share your experiences and thoughts on LGBTQ+ life in the city in the 21st Century?
Come along and contribute to a new queer youth archive for Brighton & Hove.
This is an event for all young people aged 13 – 25. Your thoughts and opinions will help to build a new queer youth archive for Brighton & Hove. Young participants from the Into the Outside arts and heritage project invite you to contribute.
It will be a relaxed and fun affair, and doesn’t take very long (about half an hour). Young people who have been trained in oral history techniques will chat to you about the project, and invite you to a quiet space where they will interview you. Young photographers will invite you to have your photograph taken in our professional pop up studio (optional).
This is your chance to have your say and be part of this unique project. Although the conversation will be guided, you can talk about anything you like, and it is up to you whether you are named as part of the archive.
